Went in at 8:00 Monday morning, getting seen by 8:30 for severe pain. X-ray showed needed 2 extractions needed and were done. Courteous, caring and professional during the entire appointment. Was at home by 10:00.

I highly recommend! Staff is always friendly and courteous. Frances is extremely helpful with insurance and appointments. Dr Rasamsetty is never pushy and does not rush you through a procedure. She makes sure that you are comfortable and explains the procedure thoroughly. She insists that if you have any discomfort after leaving the office, to call her.

Staff is always very friendly and courteous. Most recently I went through the text service they provide for booking. It was late in the afternoon so I wasn’t sure about getting a response that night, but I was contacted later that evening. I was in a great deal of pain and was grateful I was able to get seen the next afternoon. Dr. Rasamsetty was very thorough and provided excellent care and treatment.

I have been to Dr. Rasamsetty‘s twice and the first time was an emergency visit and she took care of me very well! she is great she took care of the pain that I had and I didn’t not feel anything pain after . Second Appointment Was for my exam and x-rays and I also had a cleaning and hygienist Lupe and Front Francis Plus Dr. Rasamsetty all were awesome I will come back again and do my treatment. This is a great place to take care of you and your family’s dental needs. The team was friendly and professional, from the staff to the dentist. Dr R. and Klareeza were very gentle and kind! "This was my first time meeting Dr. R and she was absolutely amazing. Her bed side manner is stellar! She was incredibly attentive to my daughter's care. That extreme pain that my daughter was having ended up being a wisdom tooth that was infected. Dr. R and Ms. Klareeza took such good care of my daughter. I was blown away because Dr. R was going to extract them on that visit and she asked if my daughter had eaten for the day. My daughter had not had anything to eat and Dr. R wanted to make sure she had something in her stomach because it would be awhile before she could eat. Dr. R asked Klareeza if they had anything they could give my daughter to eat. Klareeza came in with a whole bunch of goodies that my daughter could have before the procedure was done. I am not sure how many dentists would do this but Dr. R is one of a kind. The office was really busy with patients and Dr. R did not rush and made my daughter feel at ease. I am so happy that Dr. R has this practice and she acquired the same office staff. No other dental office compares to Preva Dental! Thank you Dr. R and staff for your wonderful care.
